There shall be a Committee for the management of the affairs of the Association. It is formed during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Committee Members shall be elected by the Full Members who have the voting right at the annual general meeting of the Association every two years. Only persons who are Full Members of the Association shall be eligible to be elected as Committee Members.
Unless otherwise determined by the Association in general meetings the Committee shall consist of not less than twelve Full Members. Any casual vacancy occurring in the Committee may be filled up by the Committee Members and the Committee Members shall further have power at any time, and from time to time, to appoint any person as an additional Committee Member but so that the total number of Committee Members shall not in any time exceed the number fixed in these Articles
